Below, you’ll find the practical things—like how your parcel travels, what to do if something goes wrong, and how I honour the stories you entrust to me. These policies aren’t just fine print—they’re a reflection of the kindness, clarity, and heart I aim to bring to every order.

Orders are lovingly packed within 3–5 business days of purchase (with the exception of custom painting services)

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your parcel is on its way. If delays occur, I’ll always do my best to communicate with transparency and care.

Every parcel is wrapped like a gift, with hand-tied notes, and thoughtful touches. Whether you’re ordering for yourself or someone you love, it’s my hope that opening your parcel feels like an experience, not just a delivery.
💛 Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is either handmade or made-to-order, I don’t offer refunds for change of mind. But I do want you to be happy with what you receive.
If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at coffeestainedcanvases@gmail.com and we can work it out.
🎨 Heartwork Collections
Due to the personal and bespoke nature of custom artwork, all tiers of the Heartwork Collections are final sale and not eligible for return. I honour each story with care, and keep you gently involved in the process where possible. We also do a deep dive before creation so you feel confident and excited to be moving forward. I encourage questions and feedback! This work is very personal for each client so it’s important to me that I know as much as I can to honour the story behind the canvas.
⏳ Order Cancellations & Edits
If you’ve made a mistake or need to cancel your order, please email me within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your parcel may already be in progress or on its way.
Revisions to any custom work is allowed up until a certain point as working with certain mediums mean you can’t undo or change particular components.
